I want to believe in you but
I can't I have to think everything you put out it is counterfeit   I have to relive the past when I speak to you cause I know that you'll always take more than you'd give giving to get I know the way you look at me You don't like the ways I spit this to ya' \But it's yours Smothered in confidence when I think of you I feel bad cause I know that you don't really look at me ya' just see me And I hate that I know what you don't For you, Is this real? Or am I smittenly outspoken You wouldn't understand You can't see the folly of being a foe up front when you're so close to exposing me standing where I let you in before closed the door and opened it again I have to rethink my motives You pi$$ me off you act as though nothing happened you came through and you just knew that you'd get off You see so little your time is up and the clock stops on the face of my radio listening to Cold play Clocks the instrumental symphony I take a ride lost my train of thought What was I trying to say<> What was I trying to prove Who was I talking to Vote for this poem
