Crumbs of the Earth
Spread across a vast Blue sphere
Populates a land endeared
These specks that breathe as He made so
Since time began eons ago
Minuscule in size and minds
Each one different, one of a kind
To live, create and share of bread
He feeds by lands His hands too bled
Before His time would come to be
As Father ours He too believed
The world He made would need someone
To breath like Him and too His son
In time the birth of many there
Came to know much less now care
Of Him some think does not exist
Of love but His that still insists
His chase to change one more this day
His wish to bring that is today
A child to know that He loves them
His price, His own on Earth condemned
Crumbs are we if given thought
Though not by mind of author caught
That caught each star and light of day
Making for Life and too The Way
Crumbs we are before our eyes
Yet still GOD calls His goal to try
Tries to help one more to see
That without Him we cannot be
So crumbs we'll be as we ignore
The call from skies as closed the door
Becomes mans fate as crumbs perish
By hands their own, man GOD does cherish
