Tuesday a new plan was implemented
After three temps in last month added
With morning group total now at seven
There has been more slack periods even

Breaks at mid-shift should be staggered
Reading or surfing at desk never allowed
Chart handout lists temp schedule each day
With our work defined in the following way
One of four nodes as our daily responsibility
When done help others based on availability
Hard to determine results after only two days
When one temp came in Thursday and Friday
Beyond her shift and upon asking permission
Supervisor did not answer with confirmation
Tuesday an exception one of busiest days ever
Since March when they started taking it over
Even in my last half hour work came through
Some slack times but shorter in duration too
Three employees still share the same job role
Ten individuals now under new plan as set goal

Therefore plan is subject to changes revising
She indicated two alternative areas of training
One I have and other I asked but still waiting
Last two temps without any further instruction
Head supervisor right now is gone on vacation
She also stated more hours will be a possibility
Over a month ago I emailed her my availability
Lack of training might be the reason for no reply
But God has been preparing me so I will be ready
