The Feelings Great August 28, 2012
The sun is shining with birds and the smell of the flower
It's morning again in our lovely land, can you feel the power
Ireland is all around us, it's great to be alive and free
Changes are happening, we can do it together, it's up to you and me
We can walk the talk, we can make a friend, it's easy if you try
Ireland is waiting for the change, our country asks us why?
Teach the children the only way and do it every day
Tell the world that Ireland cares, Tell them we're on our way
Meet a friend and make another, extend a hand of peace
Put the past behind with memories and think about mankind
Stop hate, the feelings great, if you do you won't be blind
The friend you don't know is the same as you, share a friendly hand
When we can do this together, there will be peace in our lovely land
