Panic attack
You know It is wack,
when you have a panic attack.
Sweaty,feeling closed in,
taking short breaths again and again.
Feelig like your heart,
is going to tear apart.
It is no joke,
as you feel like you are going to choke.
Fear takes hold,
your insides turn cold.
Your body gets the chill,
as dying to you seems so real.
You don't know how to stop it,
and you know peace you won't get.
So, what can you do,
this to help yourself get through.
A dark cloud hangs above,
how yourself to love.
By believing things will get better
and someday you will have everything together.
