That Aging
How of this sometime in anger to an elder would be told
You are living in the dark ages so your thinking is sort of old
But in the process of time that person will have the same fate
Because that meal of aging becomes an ingredient on the life's plate
As a teenager on hearing someone saying that they are the age forty
At that time seeing getting there seemed to be an eternity
But even though they came one at a time I am in close proximity
The reality is that so long as you are alive aging will be a certainty
To some people just as some building after time go under some renovation
As the owner want to minimize depreciation and retain that maker potential
So in the same light perhaps some people use the expertise of a surgeon
To affect some repairs so to preserve some youthful remnant s by some reconstruction
And so when those line appear some people develop such a great trepidation
As that look of youth gave buckle under that power of change due to attrition
So this will certainly cause them to suffer such great mental pains and stains
Because the water from the spring of you in time certainly drains
So there is that time spend rapidly working on the external
But that ageing process is still happening of course internal
Hence those challenges of diabetes, cholesterol and hypertension
Therefore the chances of being hit by a chronic illness is still on the horizon
Imagine a person there with all those cosmetic looks
Limping around as those arthritis changes are on the books
Then they see someone who is moving around quite easily
With those aging trails but have a good degree of mobility
Do see aging here as a process of time very well spent
And after each decade goes by do something to yourself to reinvent
There are some many technological advancements coming to the fore
This is in itself is enough to keep that mind fertile and youthful as this you explore.
