My Beliefs Sift through All That Discourages When I am Adjacent To Happiness
About
Where do we go from here the turning is inverted
and the truth doesn't seem to matter
every alibi
is a constitutional right given by a crooked Government
Institutionalized penalized by our lies
and the youth still suffers
Brainwashed by our bull$hit
Yet the Sun still shines in his eyes my son
yeah when he looks at me
I know he'll try to make a difference
Hopefully he'll give more than he takes
Of course
There won't be much left to gain then
Not much to take at all
The truth will be worthless
And I still believe I'll teach him
And he'll know
How to find the beautiful beneath the ugly
take the time to see what's there
Awe I tell him don't let them get to you
Come under me
I can't protect you from anything but
I will love you while you learn
I'll love you
and He will know
I promise, he knows I'll keep
No need for lies
A promise that means peace
to a little mind with a troubled heart
He worries
