Alone in my room, unfocused, confused.
My mind in turmoil, anxious,removed.
Times such as these, depression sets in.
Lost in that tunnel, no light at the end.
Mental illness is in the air.
Counselors everywhere.
They come in my life, and then they go.
When God sends me someone that really knows.
With you I can trust, I feel that you care.
I open my heart and really share.
Whenever I'm stuck and feeling blue God sent me
a bessing with what you do.
