A Grave Situation
Imagine being a person having to walk no matter how far
Then was fortunate to become the owner of a car
That was good those day of walking has now come to an end
But now those problems of vehicular ownership will have to contend
Sometimes in reading there is information of people living on a particular diet
But bowed to that forces of development and decided to change it
Then over time there is a proliferation of illnesses that were formerly unknown
Brought about because someone else's habits they most readily condone
In areas where those hovels undergo some form of transformation
Where is that shift to live in the suburban or urban habitation
Having all those amenities to resign to a life that is very sedentary
There is no doubt that in time there shape is one that is portly
Mothers now too with all those fast food outlets placed so strategically
As they are high wage earners many relax they effort at the culinary
And perhaps being tired they will think that is fit and quite easily
To order and get delivered a meal to be enjoyed by the family
This may be tried once a week that after a while may change
Then over time the children may sort of look to you strange
As they accumulate girth in the middle and begin to look so obese
Then will hold the head when there is the news of juvenile diabetes
Through the mass media we are able to see the life in other places
And also too can see how that life has affected them by the races
It is surprising that with this statistics that is so glaring to see
Yes those countries still fall into the same state quite easily
An article which I read that touched me very deeply
It show the trends by races who would be afflicted by these illnesses readily
What is startling is the reason and too the cost will run into billions
So people let's get proactive and hope this will save our generation.
