Past Sunrise
The very thought that comes to mind
The question asked from time to time
When wake we do what will take place
Beyond front door to you back trace
Asking seems common nowadays
A frame of mind that in us plays
What shall occur this very day?
Wonder becomes on mind displayed
Why are we here?
What purpose served?
Question of ages, our thoughts reserved
The answers lie in front of you
The veil was torn to lead you through
A day to thank for breath of air
A day to wear what Gods heart wears
A turn of cheek, a hand held out
His smile to turn each wrong about
A loss this day for one unknown
A gain restored upon you sown
Look real deep and know these things
Of sentiment your soul will sing
A brand new song for you belong
To Him who makes the weak now strong
There are deeds yours still to do
To bring to ears and needs that drew
Attention yours to compensate
A better place on someone's plate
Your task at hand is willed by man
The Son of GOD, with greater plans
To help the fallen now take a stand
This deed of many as was His planned
Your hand to those who have much less
Supports the one who lives life pressed
Pressed beyond where no one sees
The need for you and also me
Give some thought and time to this
Your voice becomes the voice of bliss
If just a moment spared to one
That needs to hear they are someone
