I refuse to strip my Jesus
Of His rightful claim
I will never sacrifice
The supremacy of His Name!
It seems the modern church
Would prefer to see Him mod
So that He’d fit in better
With every other god.
But while He’s not exclusive
In His mercy and His love
And makes everyone feel welcome
To live with Him above.
He is exclusive in the fact
That He is the ONLY WAY!
And if you plan to live in Heaven
You’ll hear what He has to say!
It seems secularism has evolved
To put on a pagan face.
Too many gods when there’s but One
Who redeemed this fallen race !
To not offend the Muslims
The church is flirting with Islam...
But that god is NOT Jehovah God…
And this offends the great I AM!
Nor is the Hindu, Buddha god,
Or the god of the New Age.
Yet these religious get togethers
Have wiped Jesus off the page.
It’s okay to mention god
But Jesus please don’t mention.
And praying in His Holy Name
Would create a lot of tension.
Because a diversity of paths
To God is now in style.
The Name Jesus is taboo
And has been for quite awhile.
It seems Jesus does divide
Those who do believe in God…
But didn’t He predict that fact
When He walked upon this sod??
Didn’t He agonize profusely
With His Father in the Garden?
Yet there was No Other Way
To gain the sinner’s pardon!!
There was only one solution!
Sin had to have a Savior!
So those who speak of other ways
Have slipped from The Father’s favor.
The Father’s heart was breaking
Throughout His Son’s ordeal.
The Cross is where we all must go
Because it wears Salvation’s seal.
The church is in apostasy!
The Truth’s no longer reached!
Please be careful where you’re getting fed!
Make sure Jesus Christ is preached!

to tell them the truth and share the message of the Cross
with them so they might be given the opportunity to
