 God's Love Through Poetry


Lord, I thank You  for the year 
that has quickly come and gone
through each moutain and valley
You have given me a song.

I pray that the Year ahead 
You will hold on to my hand
being next to me while walking
into Your footprints in the sand.

Let each day bring laughter
helping me to except  each pain 
may Your love bring joy like the
sunshine after the fallen rain.

Help me to listen to what
instruction You bring to my heart
that I may dance through trials
learning to follow and not fall apart.
