Discover my inner ancient cries
see the ocean in my eyes
I'm the willow tree that sits on the side
watching as life pass me by
My bright future raped and dead
painful thoughts dances in my head
I'm treading down a wrongful path,
and listening as the darkness laugh.
6+6+6 = you do the math
A hateful wrath has shelter me,
keeping the eternal love
from embracing me...the world,
the hateful world is against me
Will I be less dead because I expressed
what lives within, will you be more cautious
of me, and reject me as a friend
will you sweep me under the carpet
where your flawless feet stands
or will you reach down and give
this lost soul a hand....
Self pity I do not feel
only searching for more knowledge
and understanding so I can live.
