When will we recognize
We’re not puppets on a string!
Nor are we pieces in a puzzle
Too powerless to change a thing!
We’re supposed to run this planet…
It’s our responsibility.
Didn’t God give us control?
That’s what His Word keeps telling me!
If God was always in control
Do you believe He would allow
The traditions of mere men
To stand like some sacred cow?
Wouldn’t He, at least, prevent
The distortion of His Word?
To think He is allowing this
Is so totally absurd!
If He’s in complete control,
Why is He permitting rape?
Malice, murder, the ugliness
Mankind cannot escape?
Could He be allowing cancer
To touch a little child?
Seems, then, He’d be a terrorist
And be totally reviled!
And what about starvation
On some parts of this earth?
How could a loving, giving God
Permit such stuff to birth?
Man wants to put all blame on God…
He is sovereign, isn’t He?
When will we open up our eyes?
When will we really see?
God will fulfill His Word to us…
But we must do our part.
We’ve got to make this planet work…
We’ve got show the world God's heart!
Until Christ comes to rule and reign,
God has placed us in control.
WE are required to save the planet…
HE is required to save the soul!

~~Author's Note~~
I believe I was led by God to write
this poem. I'm not asking you to believe
what this poem states unless you
choose to believe it...but I read something
that got me to thinking...and I only ask
that you study the scriptures and think
about it. I've heard too many "it was God's
Will that this happened" when I KNOW a
good and loving God couldn't possibly will
such a thing. There is no killing, stealing,
etc. in Heaven because God is in complete
control...this will be the case on earth when
Jesus returns to rule...because there is none
of this when God is in control. Until then, we
can give Christ control of our lives... He won't
just take control without our permission...He's granted
us free will. It's up to us to save the planet...He saves
the souls!
We all know who the thief is...and it is NOT God!
Please do not misunderstand this message...God is
ALL powerful...He CAN do any and all things...but He
will NOT go against His own Word...He put man in control
of the earth...it's an established fact.
