IF you can dream it you can write it
for in your heart dreams are born
controlling your thoughts from early morn
High on a mountain top you can hear an echo
from a tune sent across the valley below
coming back to you as the cry of a crow
Out on the ocean on a dark stormy sea
you trust a compass to know where you are
following the path of the northern star
If you make a wish on a shooting star
hoping for a lover to come to you
hang on to that wish until it comes true
To bring peace and love into the world
let it start with kindness from you
holding out your hand in compassion anew
