Why do life's Angels, in the light of day
Shed their earthly robes, and walk away
Is it, man's forgotten, how we should treat a friend
In my life's journey we had truths, you could depend
Now these truths seem blurred, all for what end
has our greed and arrogance, dictated this trend
As some seek only wealth while forsaking friends
Is this now our destiny, or can man transcend
Can man redeem the grace, we had when young
While many men hear only the devil's tongue
When the morning sunlight greets the earth
hear your prayers, what is an Angel worth?

What's a Angel worth?
