Visions
Be Still
Be still
and know
that I am God!
By knowing Me better,
know yourself.
Be still,
view the wonders of my creation,
coming out of your narrow self.
Be still,
put aside your fretting
over a multitude of cares,
to know how much I care for you!
Be still,
amid the tossing sea
of human strife and restless seeking
that I may calm these troubled waters!
Be still
that we may commune together,
that I may fill you with my Spirit.
exalt you by humbling you,
lift you up in praising Me!
Be still
and know that I am God,
exalted in the heavens,
enthroned upon
the praises of my people!
"Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge." Psalm 46:10-11 KJV.
and know
that I am God!
By knowing Me better,
know yourself.
Be still,
view the wonders of my creation,
coming out of your narrow self.
Be still,
put aside your fretting
over a multitude of cares,
to know how much I care for you!
Be still,
amid the tossing sea
of human strife and restless seeking
that I may calm these troubled waters!
Be still
that we may commune together,
that I may fill you with my Spirit.
exalt you by humbling you,
lift you up in praising Me!
Be still
and know that I am God,
exalted in the heavens,
enthroned upon
the praises of my people!
"Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge." Psalm 46:10-11 KJV.
