Tears in Heaven
Two sisters,
one blind from
early youth.
Wonderfully,
a new operation
when she was twenty!
Mother and sister
waiting breathlessly
as the bandages
were peeled off.
"Oh! I can see!"
Looking at her sister's
tear filled face,
tears like shining jewels,
like morning dew.
"Oh! Tears!
What a wonderful way
to express joy!"
No tears in Heaven
but these!
