Yes Qualification
There is no doubt that today many of our children
Can accessed a variety of educational opportunities resulting in varied qualification
But too this can make them get complacent and also a state of disillusion
Because after all this effort there is sometimes no available occupation
Some too also think that these qualifications automatically quite them that shot
To leap from over many no matter how and at the top is the only stop
True one should have ambition and motivation to see that ultimate spot
However bear in mind that lots of field experience there is not
Then there are those who seems to have this programmed problem
And that song of having a higher qualification is the state anthem
Hence will not make a change so as to get a foot into the door
Because the salary is not the one that they were looking for
Many also tended not whilst growing up to join any type of organization
And as they go on the see what a plus this was in that preparation
Because when that moment arrive for them to enter the work force
Those deficiencies show up as they do not have any practical resource
That reality of life is highlighted quite openly in that recession
And the numbers of jobs available are but a mere fraction
Qualified or unqualified this is not the time to pick and choose
Because this will only help to tighten and quickly the financial noose
In those past years there was some safety in having that degree

Introducing many that will be relevant and certainly contemporary

Governments too must take a look at their development plan in future
And try to access their training and needs and assess them much better
So that they will have the infrastructure in place to absorb their worker
