Take Away My Pain
Take away my pain from all the stabbing of my heart,
Twisting of my stomach, throbbing of my vanes and brain,
To all the sorrows which I have had in my life.
And restore my pain with You and Your glory!
So, I can live like You, and not be in pain and agony.
But, so I can rejoice in the Lord and be happy once again.
Take away my pain, knowing and thanking you,
I can praise You in every way for being happy, sad, angry, or gloomy
Whatever emotion I may feel right now; take away my pain
Because it hurts everthing and anything hurts beyond belief.
Please Lord take away my pain, and restore it with someone new!
Hoping to be his lovely bride someday
