Only one rose,
a red, red rose
for one who never
received roses in her past.
Universal symbol of love,
of caring,
of enduring passion,
of love creative and eternal,
a wordless message
in a beautiful blossom,
a message too complicated for words,
a reality which leaves
an articulate person speechless!
