Help Me Ring The Bell July 2, 2013
We're on the road to freedom, help me ring the bell
Where our troubled take us only God can tell
I know it's right, stay focused, I can see an end in sight
A few more steps and we'll have it, our road takes another turn
They said it would not happen when the struggle first begun
From every street and others we'll embrace when first we meet
For the children of this lovely land, there can never be defeat
Walk proud and tall one and all, we're children of the Gael
The heroes of our past walk with us, the vision will not fail
It's another day tomorrow as we walk the road of life
The bell is ringing loud and clear, goodbye to trouble and strife
We're on the road to freedom, help me ring the bell
