Heather, In the Field of Snapdragons

Heather, a friend of mine, ventured in the field of snapdragons.
There were multiple colors for her to see and feel.
Reaching out to the flowers she preceded to poke them.
Feeling free and unobtrusive she was filled with glee.
All before her were the snapdragons gently blowing.
She stopped long enough to give adoration to the Lord.
The sun was shining and the birds were singing.
It was an imaginary land for her to be a part.
All too quickly the watery soldiers made their appearance.
Having to leave the field of snapdragons she felt a kinship to nature.
Remembering her time there brought a smile to her face.
Remembering the Creator and His perfection made Heather feel humbled by the experience.
