Jessie and Beatrice Attending Church

The two have gathered with the children to their local church.
The evening is Wednesday night and the service is a time of prayer.
They hear a solo given by Beatrice.
She has long wanted to sing in church but never did until tonight.
Having practiced the song she did she was assured the Lord would smile upon her.
Giving adoration to Him; in song, was the ultimate gift Beatrice could offer.
Jessie prayed for Beatrice as she sang.
Loving her for the testimony she has for the Savior, Jessie was moved.
The children sat there in reverence and saw plus heard their mother sing.
As Beatrice was singing the thunder roared outside.
There was a time of bad weather but it didn't stop Beatrice from singing.
Having finished her song she sat down next to Jessie and hugged him.
The thunder continued but the Lord kept the lights on inside the church.
Upon the completion, of the song, the pastor remarked how beautiful she sang.
It was a time of rejoicing for Beatrice had planned to sing all along.
Faithful to the Lord she was able to sing next Sunday where the children listened and looked favorably at their mother.
Joy encompassed the whole congregation.
While Beatrice never felt so close to the Lord she knew.
