The Night I Should Have Died

At the age of 12 years, I was comfortably sitting on the couch.
I looked behind me and saw an on-coming car speeding.
It was coming toward the house where I was seated.
I jumped up from the couch and told my dad we were going to be hit.
Right then an angel had stepped between the house and the car.
Swerved the car to the right of us and I was not hurt.
Dad's car suffered the brunt of this drunk driver's assault.
The investigator that surveyed the car noticed the gear shift was in neutral instead of park as Dad had left it.
So, I am affirming there was a guardian angel that was protecting me that night and will always remember the accident.
The man who was drunk, at the time, later became a Christian.
He is now in Heaven as far as I know for he did pass away.
This is the true account of an angel unawares; in my way of thinking.
