Too much stress will get you down
Mess up your life if let it
So you have to learn to fight
control it each day.
Stress can hurt us all a lot
Can cause a lot of damage
Controlling it can help
before turns life hell.
Not as easy as it seems
but can be accomplished
if you relax your mind and
fill it with nice thoughts.
