For those who don't know me,
I'm a kind man, honest I try to be.
A little tender hearted, not afraid to cry.
With little regrets I walk with my head high.
I work hard for my family, as hard as I possiably can.
I look in the mirror and I still see a better man.
I'm a sinner I know I have my faults demons I face,
But everyday I force a smile, my frowns I missplace.
I try to see the good in everyone I meet.
When I fall I always get back up on my feet.
Sometimes I hide away my feelings for pride,
Keep my pain hidden to long deep inside.
But, I smile I always will smile the pain away.
Some say its a way of pushing things off for another day.
I always try to speak good about others, leave gossip alone.
Be thankful for what I've got, let my love be known.
And for that I smile; always smile.
