The Non-usable Christmas Tree

When the owner of the trees was setting up his display of beautiful trees there was a lonely tree that got mixed in the rest.
He put it to the side with the idea of discarding the tree.
But there was a little girl by the name of Penelope who caught her eye upon the tree.
She ran back to her dad and said she wanted this particular tree.
The owner was opposed to the idea of selling the tree for it was useless.
Penelope insisted she wanted this tree.
So the owner as unrelenting as he was gave in to her whim.
He held it up and it began to change before their eyes.
For it had become the most beautiful tree the owner ever seen.
His price for the tree was small to begin but was agreed upon it would be somewhat higher for the tree.
So the dad paid for the tree and decorated the tree with the family's ornaments and garlands.
The little girl thought to herself she knew it was the prettiest tree she had ever seen.
