High cost premiums lower class cannot pay
Burden even with assistance along the way
Upon filling out online questionnaire inquiry
Local agent said I might qualify for a subsidy

Subsidy later denied without any reason given
Upon being informed I could file an appeal
I recalled my similar unemployment ordeal
With those results not ending in my favor
Decided it would not be worth the endeavor
This week the president made a determination
Policyholders can keep coverage as an option
My plan contingent upon work at temp agency
Long range plan would provide better security
I am also dealing with a workers comp situation
For approval of my anti-inflammatory medication
Doctor authorized another month at my pharmacy
But coverage terminated was status as previously
Insurance adjuster said my case file was closed
When spine doctor August 8th gave work release
Needed doctor letter verifying RX as treatment
Before reopening my file and approve payment
Nurse told me she would ask their workers comp
Avoided issue over a week certainly not prompt
Last Thursday she called insurance for clarification
To find out exactly what he needed as explanation
Prior Saturday decided to go off RX on my own
To determine pain tolerance with Tylenol alone
Side effects caused dosage strength switching
Pain minimal all day but flared up by evening
I should have called nurse or pharmacist for advice
Next time I will be more cautious and think twice
Also I realized coverage will eventually be ending
God showed me RX still needed but He is healing
