When you carry more anger in your heart

You are losing your honour.

A thought from your past leaves an impression

In your heart and it sends the emotion of anger

If you do not allow the emotions to go out

It bubbles up in your heart and it hurts

And it damages your body and mind

Let that go of that emotion from your mind

Feelings of anger emerge when one is sad,

Ashamed. hurt or afraid

One has to take time each day to check, detect

And release their emotions, that might cause anger

In one’s life, to love and live in the present.
