Author's Note:
This was written in memory of my son, Frank,
who at the age of 26,
died in a tragic accident several years ago,
he was an `avid bike rider` and every year
at Thanksgiving,
no matter where I was, he always came home,
he never missed a `good home~cooked meal,
as he did this year again,
in spirit, so real, his favorite dish has
disappeared completely.
