there was a little robin he wasnt very well
what was really wrong with him i really couldnt tell
i took him in the house to see if he would feed
then got a little bowl and filled it up with seed
i made a little bed by my bedroom wall
then if someone was needed i would hear is call
i woke up in the morning robin he passed on
to his robin heaven thats where has gone
i know the robins safe and his suffering will cease
up there in his heaven may he rest in peace
