I Once Was Blind But Now I See
Never Be One to Give Up
I have a friend who is giving up on God and people around him.
He is miserable and out of sorts for there is seemingly no hope within him.
This is the sad state to be and one that is not easily handled.
Never be one to give up is what I have said to him and he has turned a deaf ear.
I am at a loss for I don't know what more I am able to do in helping him.
He is wonderful and charming to say the least.
I do care about him and will go on caring about him.
From the heart within me there is a bond that not even this shall break.
There is a heart of love freely given to this friend of mine.
It matters not what he first name is so I will not disclose anything like this to you.
He is a man who is hurting and needs a lot of love.
I do ask that you as a person never be one to give up on yourself or another.
For you never know what one more thing said will help change the way things are.
