STAND IN SILENCE
Stand in Silence
aware of our roots
extending deep into the Earth
drawing this energy
into our centers
aware of the heavens
gathering of golden light
drawing this energy
into our centers
strong, powerful
formed into a pearl
Stand in Silence.
The movement starts
and we become
the energy that moves us
we become the form
flowing, gentle
breath matching movement
we are one with the form
slow, slower
energy rising up
from the Earth
to flow to the tips
of our fingers
to be brought back down
again to our centers
We become lost in the form
minds and bodies
melding with the energy
that moves us, becomes us
Last push
energy flows through
fingertips
arms reach overhead
touched by heavenly light
downward arc
encircles the body
with a mixture
of Heaven and Earth energies
pulling up to the heart
settling down into center
leaving us to
Stand in Silence.
