'' Well That's Up To You ''
Life begins not at forty but the day you are born,
Treasure it with all you've been given,
Treat it with respect and never with scorn,
Then with love you'll forever be driven.
Make it your aim to learn all that you'll need,
That's a journey that will never end,
To those who are wiser always take heed,
Or into chaos your life may descend.
Never be afraid to admit when you're wrong,
To err is Human to forgive is divine,
Against those who are evil you must remain strong,
Between good and bad is a very fine line.
Never look down on a fellow Human being,
It's too easy to mock an affliction,
Don't ever believe that you are all seeing,
Bullying others can become an addiction.
Face any challenges that are thrown your way,
Believe me it will never be easy,
But you must strive to fight another day,
The long road of life can be greasy.
Treat all those you meet with love and respect,
Make it your life's aim to be kind,
Those you love and hold dear do try to protect,
To do otherwise is so unrefined.
Please ensure you never forget your roots,
Nurture them and they will go far,
What come's thereafter are those beautiful shoots,
They are what make you, who you are.
Life is an endurance race it's not a sprint,
Work hard and you will see it through,
The best way to live it, I've given you a hint,
How you manage it,
