I Once Was Blind But Now I See
A Wonderful Friend Was Lyle B.
Lyle was a wonderful man of whom my life was richly blessed.
He loved me as a brother and friend and I felt the same toward him.
Many years have gone by that we have known each other.
It is to my sorrow he is no longer here with us but his memory lives on.
Jesus put us together some years ago and we have had a bond of love and friendship that has remained and will continue.
I am most happy for the love he offered and I received.
For it is something special when a stranger becomes one of your own.
This is how it felt to the both of us.
I will remember the joy that I felt when he was alive.
It was stupendous and so very much a thriving type love we shared.
Lyle, I recall the wonderful man you were and remain to be.
You will always live; in our hearts and lives.
There is no one that can ever replace you for you are one of a kind.
Bless you, Lyle B., for the great man you were and remain to be.
