Shine on without me..
But never leave me alone..
For without a friend to call my own..
this life would conclude abruptly..
Swim in the cool blue waters and fly
through the sky up unto the very tops
of the trees before they catch up with you
and me and put us both in a rubber room
without a key..Some call it crazy
to want more from this so-called life..
Others are so lazy can't seem to put down
the fork and the knife..I've always been a
daydreamer with my head in the clouds..
Pondering all of life's sweet mysteries--
I suppose when it comes to and end and this life
is no more all the good and all the bad I've done
will be weighed measured and accounted for..
For my heart speaks well of me of this I'm sure..
My brain has a tendency to derail from it's train of thought..
and often times has before..So in conclusion,
Life is what you make it..So don't fritter and waste it..
Time well spent means money in your pocket..
So spend your time with the one's you love..
Have dinner..go for a walk in the park..see a movie
in the theatre..hold hands in the dark..
All the silly stuff as a child you remember..
And all the dreams that landscape your fantasies..
For each and everyone of us makes our own realities..
Like walking through a door and tip toeing on the floor..
so as not to wake your neighbors..
