Be Strong In the Lord
The strength that a man has is freely given to him by the Lord.
As he labors over the exercising he does with the weights he builds; upon that strength.
Rejoice; in the Lord, for the privilege of having strength to move and to be agile.
Give the Lord the praise for the strength that you have and wish to build.
Never take it for granted that you are strong because of all the things you have done on your own.
For the Lord has helped you to become the person you are.
Be strong; in the Lord and know the Lord is looking out for you.
Give hope and happiness to someone else along the way.
Show your strength and be pleased with what God has blessed you.
Acknowledge Him in all things and including your strength.
For you didn't get this far on your own merits but God allowed it to happen.
