Twenty Plus Years Ago

One particular night I was searching on the internet for a friend to talk to me.
I was lonely and needed to have someone who would be willing to listen to m y plea.
It was then that I spotted a picture of these two great people that have since became my family.
The need to be heard and accepted was there and they responded to me through yahoo.com.
It was there the friendship started to grow making me feel better about myself more than I had ever been before.
The two were from another state but the distance didn't matter to them nor me.
The Lord had opened the door of communications with this couple of great people and there was a sense of happiness I never knew before was mine.
The love is still continuing for the survivor of the two still converses with me everyday.
I am greatly blessed and overjoyed the freedom is ours to share.
The night though was in the dead of winter and it was so bleak of a time for me in that I was alone and felt alone that I needed someone to hear me.
These two great people were there to listen to me and help me over a bad time.
I am not alone any longer and do feel the love of this great man of whom my life is blessed knowing.
