INJUSTICE

Discrimination
Is what I feel
Was used against me
Seems unreal
That the Government
Can take your job
Then you cannot
Make money
But they want you
To pay them, honey?
If you cannot work
You cannot pay
Your life goes down
Day after day
Losing your complete
Reality
Taking your life's work
That way
When the rule does
Not apply to
Majority
You're singled out
That sounds like
Discrimination to me
It is not just
It is not fair
It is not right
For tender loving care
I will fight
It's what I gave so many years
While they just laughed at my tears
No money, no empathy
Suicide wanted to succeed
Somehow lived
Despite it's greed
To fight for
Another day
Because I'm a nurse
And it's that way.
