Dr. Harris Among the Chrysanthemums

Dr. Harris, the ebony queen she is, walks among the chrysanthemums.
There are yellow and purple plus white ones to see and to feel.
They are blessing her as she walks through the field.
Knowing the Lord has  blessed her one other time.
This is a bit of Heaven on earth for Dr. Harris.
Her beloved walks beside her as they see the many varieties of the flowers.
Up ahead, are the tea roses that she so loves to smell and to see.
Alongside of the tea roses are the cow lilies.
It is late afternoon when the sun is setting.
There to her amazement are the colors she so enjoys seeing.
The pink clouds are there with the red horizon and the green grass beneath her feet.
Further up ahead, is the ocean that she so loves to see and to feel its water cascading her feet.
All these things make up the day that she has spent being; in the field of the chrysanthemums.
