Poem 585 – Missing my buddy, Judy – Written on 4-12-14
Missing my buddy, Judy, is making me realize and ask
Who am I spending the majority of my time with?
Missing my buddy, Judy, tends to make me wonder
Why have I somewhat distanced myself from her?
Missing my buddy, Judy, I realize I don't want to lose her like
I feel like I have with Kenna where
We were tight like sisters and fell astray
Like whispers in the wind
Missing my bubby, Judy, we need to reconnect more
And be closer like two peas in a pod
Missing my buddy, Judy, I hope to get to see her soon!
