-I'm border collie..
And yes, I suppose-
I do have a tendency to
talk slow..So forgive me
for your lack of patience
and virtue--
I know your time is valuable
and my words hang as heavy as gold..
They say, "Good things come,
to those who wait."--
And waiting, unfortunately,
one must do..For time is fleeting,
the moment you're born, you start dying.
And all the years that go by..
You look around and no one
can seem to find you..
Each step you take, brings you closer to
the lake of fire..or--
If you're fortunate enough, and have
made the grade, you'll fly on
feathered wings, and carry a harp..
--or so I've been told..
Measurements are taken for the living,
What he's achieved, his accomplishments,
his monuments, his feigned glory
to be remembered..
And the final measurement of man--
Is how big of a coffin he will need,
and who will take care of his
Pomeranian..
