Contrasting Views
In the beginning
God created the Heavens and the Earth
and all the wonders of life.
Or in secularism,
Nothing was the cause of everything
and chaos created order.
God sustained and ordered His Universe.
Or meaningless processes caused a meaningless world.
When people die, their meaningless lives end.
Or Mankind is the creature of God
those whose names are written in The Book of Life
put on immortality to spend Eternity in Heaven.
Today, the dead often return to tell us of their fate,
some experience Hell and some get glimpses of Heaven.
God's word is truth, confirmed a thousand ways.
Christ stands at your door and knocks,
oh foolish ones! Open the door and
enter into His glorious world!
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever
believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
