Homeschooling Paved the way for my First Term At Baker College
The majority of the people that I know
Would disagree with what I am about to say
Regarding the fact that "Homeschooling Pays Off".
Even though you may or may not agree
It does not matter to me....
It did matter to me however when my grandfather
Had felt that I was making a very big mistake by
Doing homeschooling rather than going to the public
School after moving out of my moms and in with my father.
Homeschooling Paved the way for my First Term At Baker College
Well I am here to say that I have overcame
His disgrace upon the subject
When I not only surprised myself but
Proved my grandfather wrong with my first term
At Baker College back in the Fall of 2010,
When I was awarded a 4.0 GPA my first semester
As well as attending a Presidential Luncheon at Baker College.
Homeschooling Paved the way for my First Term At Baker College
Because it taught me the skills I needed for proper study habits
And it all paid off after hours and hours of studying my a** off.
Not only did I overcome my challenge that was faced before me
But I aced the challenge with a 4.0 GPA as well
Yes I got the approval from my grandfather finally from homeschooling
Finally after all these years and not only have I continued to
Venture into great things with my schooling I have been
Overcoming many challenges as well.
Overcoming the home-school barrier was just the beginning
Of many barriers I have had to face over the years of my life.
