Poem 513 – Heart Skips A Beat – Written on 4-2-14
Heart skips a beat when I fathom
The thought of God's creation
And the beautiful essence
That creation sends
Off to the world as days go by
Heart skips a beat when I gaze into
The midst of calming waters
In which God allows
Me to have peace but not just peace
But God's eternal peace inside myself
Heart skips a beat as I dwell in God's eternal
Everlasting peace, due to the beauty and awestruck
Of what God has done for me
