Capture the beauty
Poem 538 – Capture The Beauty – Written on 4-4-14
When I looked up at the sky this morning
I heard the words “Capture The Beauty”
Thoughts that come to mind
Would be to capture the inner beauty that lies
Within you or to see yourself as God sees you or even
To literally capture the beauty
Of His marvelous creator shown to
Man as the Great Outdoors!
Capture the beauty I am not sure
Which one God meant so I will write about all three
To capture the beauty that lies within you
You must empty yourself and be free from the garbage
And surrender yourself to Christ
And live your life daily for Him
At the workplace or even elsewhere
To capture the beauty of seeing yourself as God
Sees His children is a little harder to see because you
Love your neighbor as yourself
As well as loving the Lord with
All your heart, soul, and mind
To capture the beauty of seeing yourself
As God sees His children you must
Hear His voice and what He has to say and accept
If by accepting whatever God has to tell you then
Embrace the words he has
By repeating them to yourself
Over and over again until they sink in
For this to be possible to do you might have to
Listen and write down what He has got today to you
By repeating Gods message to you
Over and over the more times its said
The more we believe that
The statement said is the truth
So speak Gods words about you
Over and over like I had to do
To accept God's thought about you!
To capture the beauty of His marvelous
Creation known to man as the great outdoors one
Must get outside and embrace the presence of the creation
Around you and think about why God made creation and
Even back track to first book of genesis where time itself
Began and realize how creation was made for us
And how the great outdoors is for us to enjoy even if it does
Come with things like spiders, snakes, and pesky mosquitos!
To Capture the beauty we need to do all three things to capture
The true beauty God has for our lives!
