Closer together
Poem 545 – Closer Together – Written on 4-5-14
We have came so far
We have almost been
Completely and utterly shattered
Until the day I moved when I moved out
We have started coming closer together
But when it came to our relationship
Honestly I gave up as bad as that sounds
Then one day you told me the words I am sorry
Those simple words changed everything
And I started to come back around
Never moved back but I made an effort to apologize
As time has gone past me and the closer we bond
The closer we came together and the bond grows closer
Instead of further blessed to not only have one mother
But many other adopted or stepmothers
And being able to closer together
