Pamela and the Dogwood Trees

In the forest, close to the home of Pamela are some dogwood trees.
Having heard the story of the dogwood trees she is impressed to see for herself.
So, she ventures out to the dogwood trees and sees the petals with the cuts; in them.
Notices the red and also the crown of thorns; in the middle.
Remembering Jesus and what He did for us brings Pamela to tears.
She is not grieving over the cross as before but a new reason of feeling a oneness.
The Lord is nearer and darer to her than ever before as she views the dogwood trees.
It is a time of contemplation of whether or not there will be dogwood trees in Heaven.
A question that doesn't have an answer from this writer is that question.
I would hope there'd be so many and all could never lose sight of what it costs Jesus to freely give His life.
This is the beauty of this message and it is shared by so many.
