Mother's load... 3:22am 8/18/14Mothers are the most important people in our lives, from the 1st moment we are conceived they mold us, shape us, and construct our foundation; Mothers have the power to bring life into a place where the only thing guaranteed is death; Mothers have to be the burden bearers of so much heartache, pain, and joy; I never truly thought about all a Mother must endure until April 4th, 2014; Mothers set the pace for the path we will travel throughout our earthly journeys; Mothers have the toughest jobs on our planet, sometimes I wonder how could one person handle all the issues of her household and not fold, as a young youth all I could do was sit back in awe, amazed as I watched my Mother hold our family down like gravity and up until August 15th, 2014 I felt like I was floating away lost in the sauce, slowly drifting into outer space because my anchor was no longer here in the physical; I tried talking to God, but I heard no replies, I attempted to peer into my Queen's eyes, but all I saw was another Mother destined to one day fly… It took time to accept that my Mother has physically perished, it took time to realize that I no longer could grab my cell, touch her dial and hear her voice during times I wanted to breakdown and cry, it took time to let her go in peace because I was so selfish inside, but when she came to me in my sleep I knew she had not left me, she has been and always will be with me inside the center of my nucleus, guiding me and enjoying the ride; …Mothers carry the heavy loads, too often they have to tote the burden alone on gravel, paved, or dirt roads and they still have to come out of pocket at the bridge to pay the toll; It's time for all children to take the bulk of our Mother's burdens and lighten their loads… Mothers are our world, don't ever forget what they went through, go through, and always will continue to do even when their physical frame on this plain has expired… I truly love my Mother with all of me and when I get there we will dance again… E.M.I.L.Y AVIS JUSTINE SEARCY CUMMINGS and I will see you at the end of my earthly road...
